We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient after sales service. Every Duckworth Prestex watch comes with a two-year warranty for peace of mind, but rest assured, when the time comes to service your watch you're in good hands.
BHI Qualified
Our watchmakers are qualified through the British Horological Institute and our turnaround times for a repair or a service are very quick, typically four weeks for a service and one week for a minor repair such as a re-seal and water resistance check.

If you have a technical problem with one of our watches that requires a repair, replacement of a spare part, new battery or a full service then you can return your watch to our after sales department in Bolton.

How to return for repair
Simply pack your watch up safely and securely in a small but sturdy cardboard box, send it to us by insured special post (Special Delivery, Signed for), along with an accompanying note giving your name, address and telephone number as well as a brief explantion of the problem.
Please do NOT return the original display box (you keep this).
