Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely, securely and in perfect condition. All shipments are fully tracked and insured for complete peace of mind.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 working days
- Europe: 2–5 working days
- United States: 3–5 working days
- Rest of World: 3–7 working days
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Duties & Taxes Included
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means all applicable duties and taxes are included within the final purchase price, with no additional charges due upon delivery.

Every Duckworth Prestex order is shipped using fully tracked and insured delivery services, typically via FedEx or DHL.
For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Pre-Orders & Limited Editions
For pre-order and limited edition models, including releases such as the Marcato Jumping Hour, estimated delivery timelines will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Customers will receive updates throughout the production process, along with confirmation prior to final dispatch.
30 Day Returns
We want every Duckworth Prestex timepiece to be worn and enjoyed with complete confidence.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day returns period from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and documentation
- Free from marks, scratches or signs of wear
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
